For the past decade I’ve helped women from all career, life, and spiritual backgrounds transform their happiness and confidence by upgrading the way they live each day.

Years ago, an injury shifted my career in a new direction—from the medical field (registered nurse) to coaching. Today, I’m a certified life coach, retreat host, and workshop leader with extensive expertise in:
